The free courses made available on the CMEPEDIA website ("Materials") are released under the terms of the Creative Commons licence. This licence allows you to use the Materials throughout the world without payment but for non-commercial purposes only. Please read the Creative Commons Licence before downloading or otherwise using the Materials.

You must, however, read these rights subject to any restrictions on use applying to any Materials or part of them such as video and photographic images ("Special Restrictions"). Suppose you do not agree to be bound by the Creative Commons Licence or any Special Restriction. In that case, you must explicitly inform CMEPEDIA of your Licensing and its restrictions.

We may bring any rights granted to you to an end at any time without necessarily providing notice to you.

When using Materials, you must attribute CMEPEDIA and any identified author following the terms of the Creative Commons licence and our syndication policy as outlined below:

 1. Content MUST retain brand association

 2. Content MUST retain proper attribution to CMEPEDIA, along with links back

 3. Content MUST have “canonical referencing”; that is, a natural search for syndicated content will deliver the user to CMEPEDIA, not the third party who has provided a potentially high-profile but additional platform for CMEPEDIA

Each free course has an Author and Disclaimer section, identifying the author/owner(s) and any Special Restriction(s) applying. You must consider and abide by any restrictions in this section in using any free courses.

This Site also contains proprietary materials owned by or licensed to CMEPEDIA and are not subject to the Creative Commons Licence. These materials, which will be identified as "PROPRIETARY", include our logos and trading names (e.g., Free CMEPEDIA), certain photographic and video images, sound recordings, and the design, layout, and appearance of and graphics contained within this Site. Intellectual property rights protect these proprietary materials. Unauthorized use of these materials may constitute intellectual property infringement.

Copyright and rights falling outside the terms of the Creative Commons Licence are retained or controlled by CMEPEDIA.
