Usage Rights: Accredited Courses produced or co-produced by Accrecent are released under the Creative Commons license, allowing users to utilise the materials worldwide without payment. However, these materials are solely for non-commercial purposes.

Special Restrictions: You must adhere to any Special Restrictions outlined in the Materials, including restrictions on distribution and accreditation.

Termination of Rights: Accrecent reserves the right to terminate the license granted to you at any time without prior notice.

Attribution and Syndication Policy:

• Content MUST retain a brand association with Accrecent.

• Content MUST retain proper attribution to Accrecent and link back to Accrecent's e-learning platform.

• Content MUST ensure "canonical referencing," directing users to Accrecent's platform rather than third-party platforms.

Author and Disclaimer Section: Each course will contain an Author and Disclaimer section specifying any Special Restrictions and the accreditation rights. Users must abide by these restrictions.

Proprietary Materials: Certain materials, identified as "PROPRIETARY," including logos, trading names, images, recordings, and design elements, are owned or licensed by Accrecent. Unauthorised use may constitute intellectual property infringement.

Copyright: All rights falling outside the terms of the Creative Commons license are retained or controlled by Accrecent.

Accreditation Rights: While the content of the courses is available under the Creative Commons license, the accreditation rights remain the sole property of Accrecent. Accreditation cannot be distributed on any platform except Accrecent's e-learning platform, CMEPEDIA.

Submitted Courses: Paid or free courses submitted to Accrecent for accreditation follow the terms of the Creative Commons license. However, accreditation rights remain with Accrecent, and authors cannot distribute accreditation independently.
